Cats Split Doubleheader At York;Upset GACC
A rain delay didn't slow down the St. Paul/Palmer Cats from making the most of their opportunities on Tuesday as they hit the road to Leavitt Stadium in York for a doubleheader against the Class B Dukes and one of Class C's better Teams in the Guardian Angels CC/West Point Beemer Patriots.
The Cats and the Pats met in the first matchup with both teams splitting two runs apiece in the first inning for a 2-2 tie. The Patriots took their first and only lead of the game in the third inning scoring an additional two runs to take a 4-2 lead.
