Brief Narrative: On 07-14-2026 13:09 hours a disturbance was dispatched where Terry Carnes had threatened his girlfriend that he was going to kill her while holding a knife to her throat and
making stabbing motions. Terry also had struck her in the head. Attempts to take Terry into custody were attempted and he did not comply with verbal commands. Less than lethal force had to be used to take Terry into custody where he continued to resist attempts to secure his wrist into double locked handcuffs. Terry was booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections.
